Focus on productivity, quality, and goal achievement We are seeking a professional with experience in logistics and team management to lead distribution and transshipment operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and service level. This professional will be responsible for end-to-end management of the facility, acting strategically and operationally to ensure efficiency, quality, and goal achievement. They will lead logistics operations and the team, manage the budget, and monitor distribution KPIs such as OTIF, returns, productivity, losses, and actual cost per delivery. They will also be accountable for recruiting and managing affiliated drivers, fleet maintenance, building infrastructure upkeep, and synergy with the commercial area. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Coordinate the operations of one or more large-scale branches, leading activities related to goods distribution and transfer, as well as administrative, operational, and fleet maintenance routines. **Process Management:** * Ensure timely execution of administrative and operational routines, such as: route planning, transshipment, customer deliveries, trip scheduling, settlement closings, cash handling, return registration system, supplier payments, logistics and cargo documentation, and preventive and corrective fleet maintenance; * Coordinate in-house, third-party, and affiliated logistics (warehouse and distribution) operations at the branch; * Prospect and propose new logistics partners (transfer and distribution) to optimize cost-effectiveness for operations and customer service; * Manage controls for claim receipt, losses, and warehouse reconciliation, serving as the focal point between the company and logistics operators; * Ensure management of the branch infrastructure, covering building maintenance, mandatory documentation, and other company assets; * Conduct fieldwork alongside the sales team to strengthen interpersonal relationships and identify improvements and opportunities for customers and operations; * Execute fleet management and control, including fuel consumption monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, tire control, vehicle documentation, and vehicle PPE; * Develop new suppliers for services relevant to operations; * Manage all branch payments, such as: supplies, freelancers, suppliers, freight charges, etc; **Performance Management:** * Ensure adherence to agreed service levels with logistics operators (warehousing), carriers, and affiliates; * Ensure achievement of driver productivity targets; * Ensure control and quality of transported goods delivered to customers without operational losses, through delivery monitoring; * Present branch KPI results and actions to senior management and logistics management to achieve targets. **People Management:** * Execute HR routines under their responsibility, such as: conducting selection processes, delivering training, issuing and following up on termination procedures, tracking employee working hours, among others; * Represent the company as its legal representative before public authorities; * Support direct supervision at other branches. **Financial Management:** * Manage the matrix expense budget (MEB) and the efficiency index of the entity under their management. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in distribution operations / last-mile deliveries; * Experience in people management; * Knowledge of costs and budgeting; * Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license (Class B); * Must reside in the Contagem/MG region. **Additional Information:** * Health insurance for you and your dependents (optional upon enrollment); * Sulamérica dental plan for you and your dependents (optional upon enrollment); * Vidalink pharmacy benefit; * Gympass; * Meal card; * Private pension plan; * Eligible for Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) Compensation: R$9.000,00 \- R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Company mobile phone * Profit sharing * Private pension * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
