As a **Floor Supervisor**, you will be responsible for **monitoring common areas in shopping malls and commercial centers**, ensuring **control over entry and exit of people and vehicles**, as well as **safeguarding security, order, and smooth operation of the premises**. You will also **assist and guide visitors, customers, shop tenants, and service providers courteously and attentively**, ensuring quality service and compliance with facility regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Control pedestrian and vehicle access; * Conduct patrols in common areas to verify order and security; * Assist in identifying and recording incidents; * Attend to and guide visitors and service providers courteously; * Follow operational and security procedures established by the company. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing High School education; * Reside in Cravinhos or have easy access to Cravinhos; * No prior experience required — initial training provided. **Schedule and Shift Pattern:** * Day shift: **12x36 shift pattern \- 09:00 \- 21:00** **What We Look For In You:** * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Willingness to learn and grow in the field of asset security.
