Responsibility for tax forms, labor contract homologations, leave management, and electronic timekeeping. Industry: Construction / Engineering Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. \- Proven experience in payroll calculation and payment routines, payroll processing, terminations, vacations, hiring and dismissal, tax forms and labor contract homologations, leave management, electronic timekeeping, benefits, and other duties pertinent to the role.
