We conduct admission, periodic, occupational risk change, and dismissal medical examinations, as well as provide training and assistive health services. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * In-person, telephone, email, and WhatsApp customer service; * Scheduling and recording of appointments in the system; * Organization and archiving of documents; * Updating internal spreadsheets; * Communication with partners and suppliers; * Support for administrative routines of customer service. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, attention to detail, and courtesy in public service. **BENEFITS:** **Immediate:** Transportation allowance; **After 1 month of experience:** Food allowance R$330.00; **After 3 months of experience:** WTA Health Card, Birthday Day Off, Dental Plan, Performance Bonus, and Gympass. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:45.
