Job Summary: This internship supports pedagogical activities, organizes spaces, engages in recreation with children, mediates conflicts, and supervises students throughout all areas of the school. Key Highlights: 1. Support for pedagogical activities and classroom organization. 2. Recreation and conflict mediation among students. 3. Supervision of children and assistance to teachers. Ø Support for the school’s pedagogical activities; Ø Classroom space organization, diaper changes, and nap time; Ø Recreation with children during recess, at the beginning and end of shifts; Ø Guidance and conflict mediation among students; Ø Participation in professional development courses offered by the school; Ø Preparation of the student’s Individual Development Plan (PDI) (if applicable); Ø Responsibility for meeting departmental goals; Ø Supervision of children in all school areas (bathroom, playground, etc.); Ø Assistance to teachers with tasks assigned by the school (reports, photos, videos, academic reinforcement, schedules, etc.); Ø Monitoring of students in the classroom; never allow them to be left unattended; Ø Assistance to teachers of extracurricular classes during class hours; Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$1\.250,00 per month Benefits: * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
