We are seeking an **Instrumentation Technician** to join our **Industrial Maintenance** team at **Bioparque Junqueira.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Perform repairs on machine instrumentation, equipment, and control panels following electrical schematics, analyzing operational cycles and machinery functionality, identifying faults, performing appropriate disassembly, conducting functional tests, and replacing parts to ensure full equipment functionality. * Conduct equipment inspections verifying measuring instruments, operational status, and preservation condition according to the preventive maintenance program, proposing corrections when necessary. * Execute scheduled maintenance on equipment in accordance with the preventive maintenance program. * Perform corrective maintenance on machines, boilers, equipment, valves, meters, and transmitters by disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling them per Work Orders. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment and panel instrumentation upon request and immediate supervisor guidance, replacing motor components, fuses, coils, internal enclosures, transformers, and circuit breakers; assisting with relay and protection device reset; and supporting low-voltage electrical repairs, repairs, and switching operations. * Adjust and calibrate power and protection electrical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, meter set-point and PID adjustments, (this activity is not performed by this role but rather by the Instrumentation Technician) transmitters, and control valves according to each equipment’s specifications and parameters. * Record all required information in maintenance and inspection documents to build equipment history records. * Maintain communication with equipment manufacturers’ technical support teams, when necessary, seeking information for equipment maintenance and preservation. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workplace and proper preservation of tools and equipment, keeping them organized and clean for reuse when needed, in compliance with applicable standards and procedures. * Read and interpret drawings, sketches, single-line diagrams, and functional diagrams to locate and diagnose equipment defects and failures using appropriate measurement instrumentation and tools. * Support electricians’ and mechanics’ teams by applying established technical standards and providing technical guidance when required. * Conduct assessments for procurement of electrical parts and components, specifying type, model, characteristics, and required quantities. * Routinely comply with procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements of the Food Quality and Safety Management System. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and preservation conditions, as well as safe and proper use of equipment within your work area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education; * Technical degree in Electrotechnology, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanics; * Knowledge of and/or NR 10 training—Basic/SEP; * Reside in: Delta – MG, Igarapava – SP, or Aramina – SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STAGES:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and additional data, if required. * HR Interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
