This role will play a key part in **recruitment and selection**, as well as initiatives aimed at employee development and the evolution of organizational culture. **Responsibilities** * Lead **recruitment and selection** processes, identifying professionals aligned with company culture and growth potential * Support the **design and implementation of training and development programs** * Monitor and support employees’ **career development and progression plans** * Support leaders in **developing and managing their teams** * Monitor **HR metrics**, contributing analyses related to engagement, retention, and development **We are looking for someone who has** * Experience in **recruitment and selection** * Interest and experience in **people development and talent management** * Strong communication and relationship-building skills across various departments * Organizational skills, proactivity, and analytical thinking regarding people metrics Compensation: starting from R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
