With over 36 years of experience in the market, Auster is a seasoned, versatile accounting services company staffed by skilled professionals with a technological mindset and a strong commitment to delivering results for our clients. **In this role, you will join our Human Resources team**, primarily supporting **Recruitment and Selection** processes to attract and develop talent for our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead **recruitment and selection processes from start to finish**; * Perform **resume screening and candidate outreach**; * Administer **behavioral and/or technical assessments**; * Conduct **interviews** and align candidate profiles with hiring managers; * Prepare **candidate evaluation reports**; * Support **endomarketing initiatives and internal HR activities**; * Assist with other HR department requests. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields**; * Prior experience in **recruitment and selection**; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interest in people management.
