This professional will be responsible for ensuring that quality standards are maintained and that all employees are prepared to perform their duties effectively. This is a strategic role, essential for the organization's competitiveness and success. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement quality policies aligned with the organization's goals and guidelines. * Conduct regular audits and process evaluations, proposing improvements whenever necessary. * Create, supervise, and evaluate training programs for various departments within the company, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and career development. * Define and monitor KPIs related to quality and training effectiveness. * Analyze data and prepare management reports for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. * Guide and support professionals in the Quality and Training area, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. * Fluent English (mandatory). * Experience in Corporate Training and team leadership. * Experience in indicator management, audits, and process improvement.
