Business Intelligence Analyst Position We are looking for talented individuals to join our amazing team of over 1,000 employees across Brazil. That talent could be you! Responsibilities: * Map and understand business processes, identifying improvement opportunities through data; * Translate business area requirements into clear, structured functional specifications for BI solution development; * Analyze various data sources, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and relevance; * Support the definition and standardization of KPIs, ensuring governance and analytical accuracy; * Validate BI deliverables regarding data quality, usability, and visual experience; * Conduct alignment and validation sessions with business areas, promoting mutual understanding between users and IT; * Prioritize and document requests for dashboard, report, and indicator enhancements, managing the BI backlog; * Support the dissemination of data culture by training users on reading and interpreting dashboards and reports; * Continuously monitor data quality and availability, suggesting improvements when necessary.
