Strategic vision and growth focus The **Commercial Manager** will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the company's commercial strategies, directly contributing to revenue growth, expansion of the client portfolio, and brand consolidation in the advertising and marketing industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and execute the company's commercial strategy; * Lead, train, and supervise the sales team; * Set goals, performance indicators (KPIs), and action plans; * Actively prospect new clients and maintain the existing portfolio; * Conduct commercial negotiations and contract closures; * Develop commercial proposals for advertisements, print media, digital media, and special projects; * Manage post\-sale activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention; * Analyze performance reports and monthly results; * Represent the company in strategic meetings and industry events**Requirements** * Proven experience in commercial roles, preferably in advertising, marketing, or media; **Desired Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making ability; * Strategic vision and growth focus; * Analytical ability and organizational skills; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Ability to work under goal-oriented pressure and deliver results. * Experience managing commercial teams; * Skills in negotiation, consultative selling, and client relationship management; * Strategic, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Knowledge of commercial planning and market analysis.
