Provides support to managers and employees regarding labor-related inquiries We seek an **HR Payroll Analyst** to strategically and operationally manage all people-related processes. We are looking for an organized, proactive professional committed to deadlines and legal compliance. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct employee onboarding, termination, and vacation scheduling; * Process and verify payroll; * Manage benefits, leaves of absence, medical certificates, and electronic timekeeping; * Generate and submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, DIRF, RAIS, etc.); * Maintain up-to-date employee records and labor documentation; * Provide support to managers and employees regarding labor-related inquiries; * Support internal audits and compliance processes.
