Ø Monitor driver productivity and performance (fleet and contractors), striving for balance and efficiency. Ø Participate in weekend shift rotations to provide assistance and support to drivers. Ø Monitor the entire operation in real time—from loading to final trip reconciliation. Ø Track shipments, unloading, returns, and delivery incidents.
