If you possess strategic vision, the ability to handle unexpected situations, and a commitment to continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you! **Employment Type:** CLT (CNPJ ALLI) **Benefits:** Ø Health insurance Ø Dental insurance Ø Life insurance Ø On-site meals (cafeteria) Ø Transportation allowance (per legislation) Ø Birthday day off Ø Benefits card Ø Profit-sharing program (PPR) **Main Responsibilities of the LOGISTICS Supervisor:** A professional responsible for supervising end-to-end transportation operations—from cargo planning, driver scheduling, vehicle allocation (fleet and contractors), monitoring the execution of schedules by the transportation team, to real-time delivery tracking—ensuring cost optimization and timely delivery. Ensuring compliance with the Driver’s Law, coordinating vehicle releases with fleet maintenance, providing support to the team and drivers, and resolving complex operational issues. **Fleet Planning and Optimization:** Ø Receive and analyze shipment demand from the sales team. Ø Manage vehicle availability and proactively communicate it to the sales department. **Operational Monitoring:** Ø Deliver the shipment plan to the operations team and monitor the entire execution process to prevent operational failures. Ø Monitor driver productivity and performance (fleet and contractors), striving for balance and efficiency. Ø Participate in weekend shift rotations to provide assistance and support to drivers. Ø Support the operations manager throughout all stages of hiring processes, as well as in identifying and resolving operational issues with the team. Ø Monitor the entire operation in real time—from loading to final trip reconciliation. Ø Track shipments, unloading, returns, and delivery incidents. Ø Supervise the team and deliveries to ensure stipulated deadlines are met and goods reach customers as planned. **Maintenance:** Ø Monitor vehicles undergoing maintenance, follow up on return deadlines, and review reports to plan vehicle reintegration into operations. **Desired Professional Profile:** Ø Experience in Logistics and Transportation. Ø Demonstrate initiative and proactivity in task management, solution proposal, and overcoming any obstacles that arise. Ø Strategic vision and problem anticipation: Ability to understand the full context and foresee challenges, proposing proactive solutions. Ø Interpersonal communication skills across diverse audiences. Ø Knowledge of route planning. Ø Transportation legislation: Understanding of the Driver’s Law (Law No. 13.103/2015). **Required Qualifications:** Ø Experience in logistics and transportation with full-load freight carriers. Ø Proven experience in managing operational teams and planning shipments, ensuring efficient route organization, on-time delivery, and alignment with logistics and transportation department goals. ? **Work Schedule** Ø Weekly working hours: 44 hours (within standard business hours) Ø Shifts: Weekend rotation Ø Availability and flexibility to work at any time when required (e.g., covering vacations and/or absences). ? **Compensation** ?
