Technical supervision of specialized services **General Maintenance Technician (Refrigeration)** **What this position entails:** Perform operational and maintenance activities on air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of facilities. Work includes preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as technical supervision of specialized services. **Location**: On-site – Uberaba/MG **Work Shift**: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on air conditioning systems (air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, fan coil units, self-contained units, VRF systems, and cooling towers) * Operate the Chilled Water Plant (CWP), including chiller and pump startup and shutdown * Conduct technical rounds and measure pressure, temperature, and flow rate * Perform copper pipe welding, refrigerant charge replacement, and vacuum pump usage * Carry out minor duct balancing adjustments and VAV operations * Provide technical supervision of specialized service providers * Record activities and materials used in the WEB system * Ensure compliance with the Operational and Maintenance Plan for Air Conditioning Systems (PMOC) and current technical standards * Requirements: * Completed high school education * Technical course in Air Conditioning Mechanics, Refrigeration, or related fields * Experience in maintenance and operation of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers Type of position: Full-time CLT employment Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.250,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * How long does it take you to travel from your home to the location: On-site – Uberaba/MG?
