Relationship management with internal and external customers Job Description: \- Team management; direct interaction with people; performance tracking; and delivery of key metrics to the client. \- Monitor quality and productivity assessments, and develop action plans to improve customer service. \- Maintain relationships with internal and external customers. \- Responsible for managing, motivating, and engaging the telemarketing team, as well as implementing motivational initiatives. **Prerequisites** \- Leadership experience in collections is preferred. \- Experience analyzing metrics and performance is preferred. \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Additional Information** \- Fixed salary plus bonus. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. \- Days off: Sundays and one Saturday per month. \- Days off: Sundays and one Saturday per month.
