Main Responsibilities: * Greet customers entering the store in a polite and respectful manner; * Provide customer service by offering assistance in selecting products available at REDE stores according to customers’ needs; * Inform customers about current promotions and special offers available in-store; * Offer shopping baskets and carts to ensure customers’ comfort during their visit to REDE stores; * Assist with product returns when necessary; * Support store operations whenever possible; * Promote complementary products to increase average transaction value and help achieve store sales targets; Requirements: * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer literacy; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
