Salary R$ 2,299.91 per month Meal Allowance R$ 31.34 per day Food Allowance R$ 200.00 per month *Shift Schedule* 12X36 - Day or Night Shift Life insurance Total Pass Dental plan Health plan with co-payment Transportation voucher (VT) for public transportation use Partnership with FMU University (for undergraduate and postgraduate programs) Job Requirements: Responsibilities: * Monitor customer and employee behavior on premises; * Conduct periodic patrols in assigned areas; * Identify and report risk situations or irregularities; * Prevent losses and damages; * Control employee and visitor entry and exit. * Collaborate with the security team in incident management; * Guide and inform customers about rules and procedures. * Assist in operational risk assessment.
