Requirements: * Proven experience in inventory management, including both coordination and execution of stock counts. * Availability to work night shifts, as most inventory operations occur during nighttime hours. * Flexibility to travel as required by the company. * Must be over 18 years of age. * Demonstrate ethics and professionalism in all activities. * Ability to work effectively in a team, leading and motivating inventory team members. * Commitment to goals and results, meeting established deadlines. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and execute stock counts across various companies and sectors, ensuring accuracy and quality of data. * Assemble and lead an inventory team, assigning tasks and supervising each team member's work. * Develop inventory strategies aimed at optimizing the process and minimizing errors. * Prepare reports and analyze results, identifying potential issues and proposing improvements. * Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends in inventory management, continuously pursuing professional improvement.
