Support to various financial and administrative areas The welding machine industry and trade company seeks a Financial Assistant in Nova Odessa. Boxer Soldas specializes in welding and cutting solutions. We offer high-quality products and services to meet the needs of the industrial sector. **Responsibilities:** Post accounts receivable and accounts payable entries in the system. Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate identification and recording of financial transactions. Support the accounts payable department in verifying and recording commissions, technical assistants’ invoices, and payroll entries. Update values, due dates, and information in the system, ensuring payments are correctly scheduled. Record and monitor customer advances, ensuring balances are updated and properly offset against invoicing and duplicate issuance. Provide support to tax and accounting departments by organizing documents and ensuring correct classification of information. Verify purchase invoices in the system, ensuring proper entry and classification of expenses. Support management and executive leadership with diverse financial and administrative requests. Previous experience as Financial Assistant, Junior Financial Analyst, Accounting Assistant, or Treasury Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
