Matec Engenharia is looking for a Project Specialist with strategic vision, analytical capability, and strong expertise in project coordination and technical integration. We seek a professional capable of integrating disciplines, anticipating risks, and ensuring that design solutions align with client needs, budget, and construction execution strategy. * Define and establish technical solutions aligned with client requirements and project guidelines; * Coordinate designers and ensure adherence to contracted schedules and scopes; * Perform project coordination, anticipate interferences, and mitigate impacts on construction; * Develop Value Engineering studies, proposing optimizations without compromising performance or aesthetics; * Research and implement innovative solutions, industrialized construction methods, and off\-site technologies; * Serve as the interface among clients, designers, planning, budgeting, and construction; * Ensure execution details facilitate field production and minimize rework; * Assess technical risks and proactively communicate impacts and scope changes. Requirements: * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Software knowledge \- advanced proficiency in Revit; familiarity with other BIM methodology software is desirable; * Experience in certification processes (LEED, AQUA, WELL); * Curious profile, keeping abreast of global trends in modular and sustainable architecture; * Ability to transform complex design problems into simplified, executable solutions.
