We are an innovation-driven company committed to discovering new active ingredients, product formulations, and application technologies. **About the Role:** In this Factory Coordinator position, you will be responsible for contract and service management in Uberaba/MG, as well as other responsibilities outlined below: **Key Responsibilities:** * Facilities: Management of Uberaba contracts; * Responsible for managing the internal logistics contract. * Events: Lead the planning and execution of various events held both internally and externally to the factory. * Legal: Represent FMC at hearings related to third-party services. * Community Engagement: Lead the annual community engagement plan. * Warehouse: Responsible for warehouse management. * Raw Material Supply: Responsible for supplying raw materials and packaging to the Uberaba and Tolling factories. * Label Management: Responsible for managing artwork for labels, boxes, etc. * Cost Control: Responsible for controlling factory costs, from purchase order issuance through supplier payment. * Capital Expenditure (Capex) Cost Control: Responsible for controlling costs across all investment projects, from purchase order issuance through supplier payment. This includes budget preparation, purchase order issuance, and procurement tracking for all investment projects. * Online SDS (Safety Data Sheet): Responsible for managing tool usage on the website. * Asset Counting: Responsible for managing the annual asset count. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of facility service contract management (maintenance plans, KPIs, SLAs, etc.); * Knowledge of project development methodology: conceptual, basic, and detailed scopes, S-curves, KPIs: time, quality, scope, and financial; * Experience in civil and electrical engineering projects; * Experience in supply chain logistics; * Experience in procurement; * Experience in warehouse management; * Experience in financial management; * Experience with SAP; * Advanced English.
