Together, we’re building a more resilient planet—one innovation at a time. **About the position:** Production Analyst in Uberaba/MG. **Key responsibilities:** * Investigate security incidents related to the production area and track resolution efforts. * Monitor raw material consumption and investigate potential deviations related to materials/raw materials; propose improvement actions. * Monitor daily waste control and propose improvement actions. * Contribute to analysis ensuring no equipment is operated unless all maintenance pending items are completed. * Serve as the production representative to the Maintenance team and conduct alignment and follow-up activities to mitigate production impacts (downtime). * Contribute to meeting the Cross-Contamination Prevention Program requirements. * Support leadership in handling RFTs, NCs, RCs, and process improvements. * Implement preventive quality and safety actions. * Responsible for developing MOCs (Management of Change) for the production area and tracking resolution efforts. * Establish criteria and methodology to improve performance indicators across departments. * Develop and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC). * Create alternatives aimed at productivity gains and innovation. * Support area leadership and process coordination in implementing new processes and/or NPIs. * Develop and review SOPs, ITs, and MOPs for the area and transfer knowledge to the operations team. * Responsible for managing processes involved in internal/external audits (e.g., ISO9000; Certified Packaging Certification, EHS, etc.) and track resolution efforts and respective action plans. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Production Engineering. * Knowledge of Production Management, Quality, Industrial Safety, and Environmental processes is desirable. * Proficiency in basic statistical tools. * Experience in process evaluation/mapping/improvement. * Proficiency in Windows operating system and applications, including advanced Excel. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. * Willingness to work onsite at the Uberaba plant.
