




Job Summary: An experienced professional in commercial management to lead the sales team, develop marketing and sales strategies, monitor the market, and ensure customer satisfaction. Market monitoring and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * **Annual Sales Plan and Monthly Targets:** * Achieve the established Annual Sales Plan by developing monthly breakdowns with strategies and a Marketing and Sales Plan to meet defined targets. * **Budgeting and Monitoring:** * Participate in the development of the commercial area budget, monitoring performance and implementing actions to ensure effective execution. * **Commercial Policy:** * Collaborate with senior management to formulate commercial policy, ensuring adherence to sales performance indicators—including pricing, discounts, and payment terms. * **Goal Setting:** * Set individual goals for the sales team, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary. * **Sales Planning:** * Conduct sales planning, providing forecasts using designated tools and timelines set by the manufacturer, while managing market demand, inventory levels, and seasonality. * **Market and Competitive Monitoring:** * Monitor market trends, vehicle registration-based sales data, and competitors’ practices, responding with campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives. * **Commercial Team Management:** * Size the sales team appropriately, provide required infrastructure and resources, and recommend operational improvements and changes. * **Service Quality:** * Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving and/or maintaining target scores in customer satisfaction surveys. * **Alignment with Corporate Culture:** * Maintain alignment with company culture by promoting best practices and holding regular team meetings. * **Operational Management and Reporting:** * Ensure daily submission of sales data, manage operations using systems and KPIs, and maintain process discipline. * **Sales Logistics and Inventory:** * Be responsible for sales logistics, inventory levels, and vehicle availability for test drives. * **Team Meetings:** * Conduct meetings with the sales team as needed. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in the automotive sector. * Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies. * Leadership and team management skills. * Familiarity with performance indicators and management systems. * Driver's License Category B. * Willingness to travel. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Medical insurance. * Dental insurance. * Meal/food allowance. * Commission. * Life insurance. * Totalpass. * Viva Psychology. * Tangará Club. * Travel platform.
