Perform pre\-preparation and sanitation of food items, such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits, vegetables, and greens. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including sanitizing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Assist in plating dishes and finalizing food items prior to serving customers. Collaborate with the kitchen team on food inventory control and restocking ingredients as needed.
