Job Summary: This Young Apprentice - Administrative Assistant will support low-complexity tasks, balancing theoretical learning with departmental needs, providing assistance and contributing to the organization of the department. Opportunity to join a team that values diversity Title: Young Apprentice – Administrative Assistant (CBO 4110\-10\) Location: Alagoinhas/BA \- On-site work Requirements * Be aged between 18 and 21 years (except for Persons with Disabilities) * Have completed high school * Be available for morning and afternoon shifts * Reside in Alagoinhas * Intermediate Office software skills (desirable) Application Deadline * Until 23:59 on 15/03/2026 Job Mission Responsible for performing low-complexity tasks, alternating between theoretical training provided in the basic course and the operational needs of the assigned department. Main Responsibilities * Provide support to the assigned department by managing documents and electronic files; * Enhance practical learning by observing and participating in departmental activities; * Contribute to the organization of the department/area; * Generate progress reports on the apprenticeship process, highlighting challenges and achievements; * Apply procedures on equipment (for operational departments) under supervision during interventions; * Promote 5S culture through supervision of the areas where assigned; * Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) management by supporting departmental activities and TPM pillars; Join our team of stars!
