We seek a candidate committed to quality, productivity, and safety in production operations. **Responsibilities** * Set up, adjust, and regulate injection molding and blow molding machines * Perform mold changes (setup) * Adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, time, etc.) * Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency * Identify and correct process faults * Reduce waste and rework * Support production operators * Complete process records and control documentation **Requirements** * Experience with injection molding and/or blow molding machines * Hands-on experience with mold changes and setup * Knowledge of process adjustment * Availability to work rotating shifts **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the plastic industry * Familiarity with various materials (PP, PE, ABS, etc.) * Technical education (plastics, mechanical engineering, or related fields) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$2.300,00 \- R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
