Job Summary:
Operate machining machines and equipment to ensure production, workplace safety, and organization, as well as complete process documentation.

Responsibilities:
* Operate machines according to productive cell standards, meeting production targets
* Ensure compliance with requirements specified in internal documents
* Maintain personal safety and that of colleagues
* Keep machining equipment clean, free of chips, and tanks filled with soluble oil
* Follow the tank cleaning schedule
Activities:
* Accurately complete process documentation (inspection records, process sheets, work instructions and packaging instructions, production and Level 1 maintenance logs) ??.
* Maintain a clean and organized workplace based on the 5S methodology ??.
* Conduct visual inspections of internal/intermediate processes ??.
* Operate simple equipment such as tumblers, cutting machines, furnaces, punch saws, etc., as defined in the job matrix ??.
* Collect chips from all machining equipment
* Perform tank cleaning and refilling with soluble oil per the scheduled plan
* Verify and ensure appropriate cutting fluid concentration for each process
* Organize chip and fluid disposal and supply areas
* Take care of company-provided equipment and materials
Job Requirements:
Education: Completed high school
**Completed Industrial Basic Mechanics Course**
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of forging or machining processes
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Understanding of quality indicators (PPM)
Practical experience with quality tools, such as the 5S’s
