Customer and partner relationship management for excellence **Job Description:** ---------------------- Main responsibilities: Manage all branch operations, ensuring achievement of performance, quality, and productivity targets; Plan and supervise warehousing, picking, and dispatch activities; Perform route planning and delivery monitoring to optimize deadlines and costs; Manage contracted carriers, ensuring service quality and legal compliance; Monitor operational and financial indicators (KPIs), promoting continuous improvements; Lead, develop, and engage operational and administrative teams; Manage customer and partner relationships, ensuring excellent service; Implement process improvements and logistics best practices; Represent the company regionally, strengthening local operations. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in logistics; Knowledge of inventory, warehousing, and distribution management; Experience with performance indicators (KPIs); Team management experience; Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems; Advanced Excel skills. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Advantages Postgraduate degree in related fields; Experience in large-scale logistics operations; Experience in continuous improvement and cost reduction.
