Would you like to join our team? **Primary Location:** Brazil (BR) \- Rio Grande do Sul \- Montenegro **Function:** Technology (CA) **Title:** Junior Systems Analyst \- Indaiatuba/SP \- 119767 As a Junior Systems Analyst on the Montenegro Technology team at John Deere Brazil in Montenegro/RS, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving software solutions that support industrial operations, digitalization initiatives, and Smart Connected Factory strategies—collaborating closely with global and regional teams. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Develop and maintain software applications following corporate standards and software engineering best practices; * Contribute to the development of digital solutions for manufacturing, automation, data, and system integration; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, Data) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions; * Participate in the full software development lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support); * Ensure quality, security, scalability, and performance of delivered solutions; * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and adoption of new technologies. **Skills You Need** -------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate English: read and write emails independently; participate in calls and meetings; * Experience in full-stack software development using JavaScript and React, and/or Java/Python and SQL; * Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development best practices; * Proficiency with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB); * Familiarity with software architecture, APIs, and system integrations; * Ability to analyze and solve complex problems and design efficient technical solutions; * Strong communication skills for interacting with internal customers and global teams. **What Makes You Stand Out** ---------------------- * Prior experience in industrial environments, manufacturing, automation, or factory systems; * Skills in data technologies, cloud, DevOps, or industrial integrations (MES, ERP, IoT); * Experience working on global projects or distributed teams.
