The professional will be responsible for reading, planning, monitoring, and executing construction projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety at every stage of the project. Responsibilities Read and interpret technical projects. Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction sites and teams. Develop physical and financial schedules. Monitor activity execution on-site and/or in the office. Perform service measurements and subcontractor management. Control budgets, materials, and purchase orders. Use technical software relevant to the field. Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. Monitor construction quality. Issue technical and progress reports. Carry out other duties pertinent to the position. Registration: Active registration with CREA-RS. Experience: In construction project management and supervision. Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.).
