If you meet the requirements below, apply now for the **Junior Consumer Insights Analyst** position — we’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform descriptive and inferential statistical analyses on the customer database; * Apply probability concepts and statistical modeling to support CRM strategies: purchase propensity, churn probability, next best action (NBA), and lifetime value (LTV); * Develop and maintain behavioral segmentation models (clustering, RFM, cohort analysis); * Support impact measurement of campaigns and relationship marketing programs (A/B testing, control groups, lift analysis, statistical significance); * Apply survival analysis and recency modeling to identify customers at risk of inactivity; * Extract, clean, and manipulate data using SQL; * Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business areas; * Contribute to advancing the company's data\-driven culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Solid knowledge of probability (distributions, Bayes’ theorem, stochastic processes) and applied statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, multivariate analysis); * Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation; * Experience or familiarity with statistical tools (R, Python/pandas/scipy/scikit\-learn or similar); * Ability to communicate technical results clearly and accessibly to non\-technical audiences; **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Bayesian inference applied to business problems. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Childcare allowance * Birthday day off * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy * Rotating parking * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental plan (through Employees’ Association) * Health insurance * On-site cafeteria * Charter transportation * Wellhub (discounts at gyms) Caring is at our core.
