Senior Construction Analyst

Description

**Job Objective** Plan, monitor, and control construction and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, technical regulations, and safety requirements, while supporting contract management and interfacing with suppliers and internal departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor the execution of construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with designs, schedules, and budgets; * Develop, analyze, and update physical and financial schedules; * Support contract management with suppliers and service providers; * Interface with internal departments; \* * Attend construction meetings (kick-off, alignment, and status); * Ensure compliance with technical, legal, and occupational safety regulations; * Identify risks and deviations, and propose action plans; * Prepare technical and managerial monitoring reports; * Support site inspections, approvals, and project handovers. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Prior experience in construction project management or monitoring; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; * Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project, Excel, or similar); * Knowledge of cost control and quantity surveying; * Familiarity with contracts and supplier management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and planning; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Analytical ability and decision-making capability; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Critical thinking and results orientation; * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in corporate, industrial, or logistics warehouse construction projects; * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations (NRs); * Experience with construction management systems or software; * Familiarity with procurement and contracting processes.
