Focus on workplace safety and continuous improvement **About the position** Perform maintenance and support for industrial operations, carrying out preventive and corrective electromechanical maintenance on industrial machines, equipment, and systems according to leadership instructions and operational demands, ensuring reliability, safety, and continuity of production processes. **Main responsibilities** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electromechanical machines, equipment, and systems. Conduct technical inspections to identify failures, wear, and repair needs. Interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical schematics, and technical manuals for diagnosis and problem resolution. Monitor the operation of electric motors, control panels, sensors, frequency inverters, pneumatic systems, and other industrial components. Perform adjustments, calibrations, lubrication, and replacement of mechanical and electrical components. Support installation, assembly, and improvement of industrial equipment and infrastructure. Record service orders, completed tasks, and maintenance incidents. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper storage of tools, equipment, and the work environment. Strictly comply with occupational safety procedures, electrical safety standards, and internal regulations. Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives. **Mandatory requirements** Completed technical course in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance. Availability to work rotating shifts. Commitment to safety, quality, and operational procedures. **Desirable qualifications (advantages)** Prior experience in industrial maintenance. Knowledge of industrial automation, electrical control systems, and frequency inverters. Knowledge of welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
