Job Summary: This professional will assist in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, perform configurations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. The activation team consists of these professionals who visit customers to activate new connections and perform necessary maintenance. In addition, the Activation Team configures equipment and schedules these visits with customers. **This and all other listed positions are available for Persons with Disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in customer installations; * Assist in maintenance of equipment already installed at customer premises; * Perform equipment installation and configuration procedures; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Safeguard company assets; * Use tools to measure network parameters; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Use company software; * Answer phone calls; * Contact customers via telephone; * Drive company vehicles; * Clean and maintain an organized workplace; * Ensure customer satisfaction. * Fill out the service execution application; * Execute network documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Teamwork; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Efficiency in tasks and courtesy toward customers; Sense of urgency and innovation. **Education:** Completed high school; Technical course in a related field is desirable. **Requirement:** Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00; Saturdays, 08:00–12:00.
