This position is ideal for attentive, responsible individuals with strong concentration skills who can manage multiple tasks and make quick, effective decisions. The professional will be responsible for monitoring security systems, providing assistance, and ensuring correct event handling per operational protocols. This is an **on-site** position under a **12x36 shift schedule**, with possible daytime or nighttime shifts. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor access control systems, alarm systems, CCTV, electric fences, and intrusion sensors. * Provide remote gatehouse assistance. * Identify, record, and handle events within the monitoring system. * Verify alarm authenticity, distinguishing between real incidents and false alarms. * Activate tactical response teams or public agencies (Police, Fire Department, SAMU) as required and per protocol. * Record all information clearly and completely in the system. * Ensure confidentiality of information and maintain ethical conduct while performing duties. **Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a monitoring center operator. * Knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, alarms, CCTV). * Basic computer literacy. * Proficient typing skills and ease in entering information into systems. **Job Conditions** * Work regime: 12x36 shift schedule. * Availability for daytime or nighttime shifts, as operationally required.
