The **ETL team** plays a fundamental role in this process. Our department is responsible for **ensuring client data is imported into the system with quality, security, and minimal latency**, enabling clinics to begin using the platform with their information organized and ready for operation. If you wish to **build your career in Customer Success**, working with **ETL (Extract, Transform and Load), automation, and data manipulation**, within a leading dental technology company, **this opportunity is for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and execute **structured data imports** for client projects, ensuring data quality and reliability. * Perform **treatment, standardization, and adaptation of legacy databases** for compatibility with the Clinicorp platform. * Develop **data transformation automations and scripts** to optimize and accelerate loading processes. * Conduct **technical and operational validation of databases**, applying quality criteria and documenting rules and standards used in the process. * Collaborate with **clients and the Onboarding team**, ensuring **integrity, consistency, and completeness of imported data**. * Adhere to **information security, ethics, quality, and organizational standards**, safeguarding company processes and assets. * Perform **other duties related to the role**, as required by departmental needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Experience in **data manipulation and organization**. * Intermediate knowledge of **programming logic**. * Familiarity with **object-oriented programming**. * Strong **analytical ability**, with proactive problem identification and resolution. * Alignment with an **antifragile culture**, demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning when facing challenges. * **Client focus**, consistently ensuring quality and efficiency in deliverables. * **Strong communication skills**, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. **Knowledge:** * Excel and Google Workspace (intermediate level). * Proficiency in data analysis languages: Python and SQL. * Knowledge of ETL tools. * Intermediate knowledge of Node.js, React, and TypeScript. * Familiarity with Google infrastructure (Datastore, Bucket – GCP). * Advanced knowledge of JavaScript. * Analytical profile with emphasis on quality and client focus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of and/or experience with N8N. * Experience with Artificial Intelligence. **Additional Information** And what benefits will I receive as a Clinicorper under CLT?
