We have a team of **professionals** who are passionate and **full of energy**, which is why we are seeking professionals eager to learn new things and willing to be part of something bigger. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Negotiation with customers (external and internal); * Customer service for the post-sales portfolio; * Management of the customer portfolio, acting within established deadlines; * Conducting follow-up on the company's post-sales contract portfolio; * Supporting company departments on post-sales related matters; * Preparation and monitoring of schedules; * Analysis of supply contracts for goods and services; * Maintaining communication, negotiation, and status updates with the customer portfolio; * Completing daily tasks within pre-established deadlines and independently. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields); * Strong negotiation and communication skills with customers (external and internal) are essential. * Excellent verbal communication and clear, structured writing skills. * SAP knowledge (desirable); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a plus). **Additional Information** Additional Information: * On-site work arrangement; Benefits: * Medical and dental assistance; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Meal allowance, transportation allowance, eyeglass allowance, school supply allowance, childcare allowance, group life insurance.
