JOB CODE: 3939 AREA/DEPARTMENT: Administrative POSITION: Administrative Intern LOCATION: Torres RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in compiling, updating, and maintaining employee records in physical and digital folders; Enter data into HR process control spreadsheets; Provide support for recruitment and selection routines, such as interview scheduling and candidate follow-up; Support onboarding routines for new employees, including document verification and benefit enrollment, as well as termination routines, including document verification and digitization; Support employee service within the HR department and across other institutional departments; Assist with other departmental processes as requested.
