Interpret architectural and structural projects to guide the construction team. Conduct measurements, layout surveys, and assist in quality control of services. Prepare technical monitoring and execution control reports. Support site supervision and compliance with safety regulations on-site. Quantitative survey of materials, services, and equipment. Preparation of budget spreadsheets. Conduct photographic reports. Previous experience as a Civil Engineer, Architect, Civil Construction Technician, or Building Designer may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Completed Technician qualification required.
