Job Summary: Implement and monitor improvements in construction processes, ensuring quality standards and standardization within the pilot cell. Key Highlights: 1. Support compliance with standards and propose improvements to processes and products. 2. Develop operational procedures and technical documents for construction projects. 3. Disseminate knowledge and best practices through technical supervision. **Job Description:** Ensure compliance with WCM and Lean Construction standards in the pilot cell, proposing and implementing improvements through testing and collaboration with the Process Engineering team, thereby ensuring quality and standardization of construction processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the Basic Management Unit (UGB) in complying with standards using current management materials; * Propose process and product improvements (Kaizens), considering safety, quality, productivity, and cost; * Monitor execution cycles of residential units alongside the pilot cell; * Perform chronometric analysis of construction processes for residential units; * Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documents for construction processes; * Support training on current procedures and projects (layout, sequencing, etc.); * Disseminate knowledge of standards and best practices across other GAs, supported by supervisors and managers; * Provide technical supervision in collaboration with Process Engineering; * Conduct GA assessments via industrial audits to verify quality and process compliance; * Ensure implementation of tests in the UGB and define standards through the pilot cell; * Prepare monitoring reports for tests conducted on residential units; * Participate in standardization staff committees with Process Engineering and other UGBs. **Minimum Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering undergraduate program, from the 5th semester onward; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the civil construction field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday; * 44 hours per week. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance/food voucher; * Transportation allowance; * Day Off; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Education incentive; * Corporate partnerships; * Flexible maternity leave; * Childcare allowance; * Support from the PIPA Institute.
