Position: Production Assistant Follow the production schedule as defined by PCP; Operate production machinery including MP07, MP04, Corrugator, and Rewinder, ensuring their full functionality; Remove waste materials from machines and send them for baling to enable proper reuse; Review machine incident reports, inspect for abnormalities, and intervene in the process as needed; Operate machinery adhering strictly to parameters established in work instructions to guarantee final product quality; Verify equipment efficiency by performing inspections and adjustments when necessary; Report issues to maintenance if they arise; Inspect for product non-conformities during production and intervene when required; Clean machinery, scrapers, or screens to maintain equipment and prevent contamination/dirt on the product being manufactured; Conduct regular line inspections, verifying weight, length, and quantity against production order specifications; Complete production control logs to ensure inventory accuracy and other departmental control tools; Send product samples for quality testing; Record raw material deliveries, tracking their entry into the internal system; Feed machines with appropriate inputs per work instructions, always prioritizing quality; Perform machine cleaning and area organization in accordance with 5S standards ### **Benefits** Benefits: \- Meal Allowance of R$515.00 \- Attendance Bonus of R$200.00 \- Unimed Health Plan \- Unimed Dental Plan \- Chartered Transportation: up to 6% payroll deduction \- On-site meals: up to R$5.00 discount \- Study Grant \- Life Insurance Applications for this opportunity are open until **04/02/2026** #### **About the Company** Paraibuna Embalagens is a sustainable manufacturing company operating in the packaging paper, corrugated board sheets, and boxes market for over six decades.
