Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise operators and equipment, ensuring correct execution of activities; * Plan and monitor operational routines, ensuring efficiency and safety; * Monitor productivity indicators and propose actions for continuous improvement; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards; * Collaborate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and increase equipment availability; * Identify and implement solutions to reduce operational failures; * Develop and engage the team, fostering a collaborative and safe environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or higher education degree in related fields (Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or similar); * Prior experience in operations supervision; * Knowledge of team management, productivity indicators, and safety standards; * Ability to make decisions and solve problems. **Additional Information** Armac is a national reference in providing specialized and complex services, equipment leasing, and sales of used equipment.
