You are proficient in French and Portuguese. ### **Your Responsibilities** * You ensure proper space planning, first-level maintenance, and equipment availability to guarantee a comfortable and functional work environment. * You coordinate external service providers (cleaning, maintenance, vending machines, etc.) and ensure service quality and continuity. * You organize and prepare internal events, anticipate logistical needs, and ensure their successful execution. * You contribute to continuous improvement projects—from procedure monitoring to identifying new partners. * You provide basic IT support: assistance with connectivity, verification of cabling, resolution of minor technical issues. Regular travel is required.
