We are seeking an intern to support the Infrastructure team's activities. If you are proactive, passionate about technology, and eager to develop your knowledge in infrastructure and technical support, this could be the right place for you! **Location:** Av. Joaquim Lopes de Faria, No. 525, Santo Antônio neighborhood, Viçosa\-MG **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Responsibilities and Duties** * Basic control and maintenance of company machines, computers, and equipment; * Operational hardware and software support to employees; * Installation, configuration, and updating of equipment and systems; * Initial technical problem diagnosis and escalation; * Equipment, asset, and inventory auditing and control; * Warehouse organization and tracking of item inflows and outflows; * Monitoring of equipment maintenance, replacements, and movements; * Updating spreadsheets, systems, and asset records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of computing, hardware, and software; * Familiarity with computer and equipment maintenance and configuration; * Basic proficiency in Office/Google Workspace suite; * Aptitude for systems, technology, and process organization; * Strong communication skills and ability to support end users; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. **Education:** * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Information Technology, Systems, Networks, Computer Science, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Transportation Allowance Birthday Day Off – Your day, your way!
