We are looking for someone with process-oriented vision, leadership, firm posture, and the ability to transform routine into organizational culture. **Responsibilities** * Structure and standardize HR processes across group companies; * Lead strategic recruitment and selection; * Implement and monitor probation periods and evaluations; * Develop internal policies and performance indicators; * Manage job roles, functions, and responsibilities; * Support leaders in team management; • Payroll verification; • Benefits implementation and maintenance; • Turnover control and indicator reporting; * Monitor organizational climate and professional development. **Requirements** * Proven experience in HR management; * Leadership and decision-making capabilities; * Organization, professionalism, and strategic vision; * Knowledge of labor legislation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in automotive or industrial sector companies; * Experience building HR functions from scratch; * Experience with performance indicators and goal-based management. **What We Offer** * A dynamic, expanding work environment; * Professional growth within the group; * Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
