Teamwork focused on organization and proactivity Main Responsibilities * Benefits Management of pharmacy, health, dental, and SESI benefit plans Enrollment and removal of beneficiaries Invoice verification and submission for payment Payroll deduction control Employee support (including on leave) * Terminations Termination simulations (worked notice period / indemnified notice) Verification of termination calculations (TRCT and related forms) Organization and submission of documentation for payment * Meal Vouchers and Transportation Vouchers Attendance, absence, and banked hours analysis Calculation and control of values per unit Operationalization within benefits systems Bill issuance and interface with Finance Organization of reports and documents * Payroll Payroll verification (salaries, positions, and changes) Control of salary advances Analysis of absences, medical certificates, and vacations * Technical Requirements: \- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in HR, Administration, Accounting, or related fields \- Experience with HR Department routines \- Knowledge of labor legislation \- Intermediate Excel proficiency * Behavioral Competencies: \- Organization and attention to detail \- Proactivity and sense of urgency \- Strong communication skills \- Analytical ability * Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience in benefits management \- Experience handling high-volume workloads Compensation: starting at R$2\.408,40 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal vouchers * Transportation vouchers Work Location: On-site
