Opportunity for organized and communicative professionals **Position: Human Resources Analyst** * Location: Barro Preto – Belo Horizonte/MG * Work Mode: On-site * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **About the Position** We seek an organized, communicative, and proactive professional to perform a multidisciplinary role combining Human Resources activities, administrative routines, and customer relationship management. As this role is within small-sized companies employing **30 staff members**, the position is highly dynamic and offers interaction with various business areas. **Main Responsibilities** **Morning Shift – Human Resources** * \* Candidate recruitment and selection; * \* Scheduling and conducting selection processes; * \* Support in onboarding, offboarding, and contract terminations; * \* Organization of HR documents and routines; * \* Liaison with senior management and accounting to execute departmental tasks. **Afternoon Shift – Administration** * \* Contacting customers after equipment rentals and returns to assess their experience and identify improvement opportunities; * \* Monitoring customer satisfaction; * \* Supporting the rental company’s administrative routines; * \* Organizing documents, controls, and other administrative tasks essential to company operations. **Requirements** * \* Prior experience in recruitment and selection **(mandatory);** * \* Strong verbal and written communication skills; * \* Organizational skills and attention to detail; * \* Ability to interact effectively with people; * \* Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite). **Benefits** * \* Meal allowance of R$ 500.00, provided starting from the second month; * \* Transportation allowance.
