So come join us and become aluminized! \#VemserCBA **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, supervise, and guide activities related to the implementation, preventive and corrective maintenance of roads and access routes used in mining operations. * Ensure conservation of platforms, drainage systems, culverts, gutters, containment boxes, sedimentation ponds, slopes, and erosion control devices. * Install signage on roads and access routes under the area’s responsibility. * Supervise topographic reformation and physical rehabilitation of mined areas, in accordance with closure and environmental rehabilitation projects, and aligned with applicable environmental and mining requirements for the return of mining easements and mine closure. * Manage activities related to particulate suppression, soil movement, leveling, slope formation, terrain relief reconstruction, and surface adaptation for subsequent environmental rehabilitation. * Manage particulate suppression activities associated with infrastructure fronts under the area’s responsibility. * Supervise internal and contracted teams involved in infrastructure, rehabilitation of mined areas, and mine closure activities. * Conduct Daily Routine Management (GRD) with involved teams, establishing priorities, assigning tasks, and monitoring service execution, deviations, and action plans. * Maintain interface with Geology, Surveying, Mining Planning, Mining, Maintenance, Environment, Beneficiation teams, and contracted companies. * Develop and monitor execution schedules, productivity control, and equipment utilization. * Conduct periodic field inspections to monitor conditions of paved and unpaved roads, rehabilitation areas, and operational safety. * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality procedures. * Control consumption of inputs, fuels, and resources allocated to infrastructure activities. * Support preparation of measurements, technical reports, and operational indicators. * Ensure activities comply fully with environmental licensing conditions, environmental and mining legislation, and other applicable regulations, as well as full adherence to corporate guidelines. * Identify opportunities for improvement in road implementation/maintenance and topographic reformation processes. * Manage operational and asset-related risks associated with equipment circulation and work area stability. * Issue purchase requisitions, invoice entries, and maintenance orders via SAP system, respecting standards established by Corporate Controller and Maintenance departments. * Support and accompany internal and external audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable** * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Infrastructure, Mining, or related areas. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Variable Compensation Program * Private pension plan * On-site cafeteria * Transportation to workplace * Life insurance At home, at work, during leisure, in transportation, and in food and medicine packaging — aluminum is part of people’s lives every day, far more than they imagine.
