Academia Gaviões 24 Hours is seeking a Sales Consultant to join the Reception team. This is an opportunity to develop skills and learn in a dynamic and motivating environment. **Working hours:** 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM \| 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Employment type:** CLT **Work location:** TO\-050, 408 \- St. Universitario, Palmas \- TO, 77060\-021 **Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital customer and student service; * Present the academy, membership plans, services, and benefits, guiding the sales process; * Process enrollments, renewals, and plan negotiations; * Prospect new customers and follow up on leads; * Provide support and information to students at reception; * Manage student access control and system registration; * Perform daily cash closing. **Requirements:** * Completed high school (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); * Experience in customer service and sales; * Commercial mindset, proactive attitude, and results-oriented; * Ability to work with targets; * Basic computer skills; * Availability to work on a 6-on/1-off schedule. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Flexible meal allowance; * VIP access at all Gaviões network units; * Telemedicine; * Commission for achieved targets; * Performance bonus; * Christmas basket; * Educational partnership; * SESC partnership.
