Join us! **Job Description** We are seeking a Refrigeration Assistant to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities on mechanical equipment and refrigeration systems, ensuring their proper operation and contributing to operational continuity. This professional will work under technical guidance, assisting in service execution and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and refrigeration equipment; * Support conservation, cleaning, and operation of equipment such as fans, cooling towers, air conditioners, and filtration systems; * Assist in assembly and disassembly of mechanical assemblies and subassemblies; * Support replacement of mechanical parts and components; * Use area-specific tools and instruments, always under technical guidance; * Support activities involving mechanical power transmission systems (pulleys, belts, bearings, couplings, etc.); * Follow technical instructions for using measurement equipment and tools; * Comply with quality, safety, and environmental regulations; * Use PPE correctly; * Maintain an organized and safe working environment; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements** * Vocational training in Refrigeration or related fields (preferred); * Interest in mechanical maintenance and refrigeration systems; * Basic knowledge of tools and equipment in the field; * Availability for operational work; **Legal Requirements:** * NR-10; * NR-33 (preferred); * NR-35 (preferred). **Expected Competencies** We seek professionals with foundational knowledge in mechanics, electricity, metrology, and refrigeration systems, as well as basic skills in reading technical drawings and lubrication techniques.
